Property Maintenance Plus ( PMP ) collects and tracks property maintenance data and calculates when subsequent maintenance is due. PMP handles single-family homes but other properties such as townhomes, duplexes, cabins, etc. are possible. By tracking multiple properties and multiple owners it lends itself to professional property managers and small businesses too. It identifies overdue maintenance, provides on-screen reports, printed reports and reminders. Reusable component databases eliminate repetitive data entry. A maintenance example is: Your house furnace needs service by a heating and cooling contractor. PMP stores a database of providers ( like the contractor ), a list of tasks ( like furnace service ) and a list of properties ( could be your house, another house you own but rent to another person etc. ). It displays overdue maintenance, provides on-screen reports, printed reports and reminders( OS X 10.8+ required for reminders ) via the system user notification center Smart progressive data filtering provides fast access to the desired data subset.
